What is an escape room?
An escape room is an immersive experience where you and your team are "locked" in a themed scenario with the objective of escaping. However, our doors are not locked as a safety precaution. You will have 60 minutes to work together and unveil the clues in order to solve the series of puzzles leading to your escape!
is there an age limit?
All ages are welcome, but participants aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult that is 18 and up.
are the rooms wheelchair friendly?
All of our rooms are wheelchair-friendly. If there is a path that is too difficult to maneuver through, our game hosts can escort you through an alternate route. This is the same for families with a stroller.
How much does it cost?
The cost is:
1-2 Players $37.50 each
3 Players $30 each
4-5 Players $28 each
6 or more $25 each
how do i make a reservation?
A reservation is required since we need to keep our rooms running on their schedules and a majority of the reservations are done online. Click the book now button below to start the process.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to go over briefings.
There are no refunds, please consider this before booking. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice may receive store credit. Store credit or rescheduling may not be offered for cancellations with less than 24 hours prior to the game time. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
I hear there’s a waiver? Where do we sign?
Everyone will need to sign a waiver to participate in the experience beforehand. That can be done online via the waivers page or in person when you arrive.
Where are we located?
We are located on the top floor of Regency Mall near the escalators and Surge.
If your booking is after 7:00 PM Monday-Saturday, or after 5:00 PM on Sunday, please park at Entrance Four of the mall across from Starbuck’s, near Sloop John B and Foot Locker.
Where are the restrooms?
We do not have restrooms on-site, however, public restrooms are available inside the mall, directly across from our establishment.
